All submissions must be received by May 1st, 2007 in order to be eligible for the contest. Â Montana Game Faire reserves the permanent right to store, modify, print and display all images submitted without restriction. We also reserve the right to use submitted entries for Montana Game Faire related promotions in the future.

April 7, 2007 - Settlers of Catan II - Return to Catan. Three round Standard Settlers of Catan Tournament.
As with all Helena Game Club events, these are free of charge and will have prizes raffled off to all participants. All players will play in all rounds regardless of skill level, and the main focus will be on having fun.
Both events are in the small meeting room at the Lewis and Clark Library and will start at noon. We will have a "learn to play!" session at 11:00 AM for anyone who doesn't know how to play and wants to come by and learn. (That includes having decks available for beginners at the magic tournament!)

The 2007 Scholarship Seriesâ„¢ is open to all amateur college-bound players 18 years old and younger who have not yet won a scholarship in the Jan. to Apr. 2007 scholarship series.

TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE The structure for the 2007 Scholarship Series is modified Swiss followed by a top 8 cut for single elimination.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT The format for Scholarship Series tournaments is Standard Constructed.

The Helena Game Club is hosting a Settlers of Catan Tournament at the Lewis and Clark Library on February 3rd. The event will be in the small meeting room and will start at Noon. Registration will start at 10:00 AM.
Beginners are welcome. All participants will be gauranteed three games. There will be no prizes for the winners, but rather a copy of Settlers will be given away with a raffle among participants, so anyone who shows up could walk away with a prize (regardless of their skill level.)
If you own a copy of Settlers, bring it along to the event to ensure that we have enoug boards for all the players! (The club only has three copies, so if we get more then twelve people we will need more!)
Play with the new cards two weeks before you can buy them in stores!
