MisCon will be taking a 12 (or possibly 15) passenger van. Once I know how many seats are left after ConCom, the remainder will be available to the public on a space available basis.
Lodging at SpoCon is running short. If you plan to go and have yet to secure your crash space, check out http://spocon.us/hotel ASAP. [Submitted by CthulhuBob]

The Helena Game Club is inviting all of you to an organizational meeting to start the HGCs events for 2008, which will hopefully be a great year for gaming in Helena.
The Club will be holding its 2008 kick-off meeting on January 5th, 1-2 PM in the small meeting room at the Lewis and Clark Library. Any who come will learn what we do, what we want to do, and anything else we can tell you. This is a great opportunity to meet fellow gamers in Helena that are interested in the same games you are - board games, role-playing games and card games. (And maybe even a war gamer or two. . .)
Further information about the club's mission, values and activities can be found at their google group site - http://groups.google.com/group/helena-game-club - in addition, if you cannot make the meeting but still want to be involved or just contacted about events, you can send a request to join from that page, or reply via e-mail to this invitation.
But talking about gaming isn't as much fun as playing games, so we have reserved the meeting room all day (10 AM to 5 PM) and will be doing our best to keep games of all sorts going when we are not being official and talking about boring organizational subjects. The public will be welcome - so come by any time you can to play something with us.
